One entry requirement for U.S. visitors to Jamaica has changed: Effective Aug. 20, residents of all U.S. states are required to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR test result from an accredited lab within 10 days of the intended travel date.
Children aged 11 and under are exempt.
新沙巴体育Previously, only visitors from certain designated hot spots in the U.S. had to provide negative test results as part of the travel authorization process.
The U.S., Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Mexico are considered high-risk areas by Jamaica.
新沙巴体育The previously published entry requirements remain unchanged: Visitors must complete and submit the online Travel Authorization form between two and five days prior to their planned arrival. Approved travelers will receive a travel certificate which must be presented during the airline check-in process.
新沙巴体育All travelers must adhere to the Stay in Zone order, which requires visitors to remain at their hotel or resort within the Resilient Corridors: The North Coast Corridor from Negril to Port Antonio or the South Coast Corridor, which stretches from the Milk River, 40 miles west of Kingston, to Negril.
Visitors must remain on property during their entire stay and must stay at Covid-19 Protocol Compliant Approved accommodations, which are listed on the website.
